About this role

Our Cheshire East clients have a standing need for a Licensed Conveyancer, and we are registering candidates who can work in or near Crewe. Hybrid arrangements are available with a number of firms.

What you will be doing

  • Handle a mixed caseload of residential property matters
  • Progress files proactively to exchange and completion
  • Advise clients on title, searches and lender requirements
  • Work to the firm’s risk and compliance procedures
  • Build relationships with local agents and introducers
  • Support junior colleagues where appropriate

What you need

  • Proven experience as a licensed conveyancer
  • CLC licensed
  • Confident managing your own caseload
  • Client-focused and professional approach
  • Right to work in the UK
