About this role
We recruit Senior Employment Solicitors for practices operating throughout Heckmondwike and West Yorkshire. This is a role we fill regularly, so registering puts your details in front of several firms at once.
What you will be doing
- Advising employers and senior executives on contentious and non-contentious employment matters
- Running Employment Tribunal claims from issue through to final hearing, including unfair dismissal and discrimination
- Drafting and negotiating settlement agreements, contracts of employment and service agreements
- Advising on disciplinary, grievance, redundancy and TUPE processes
- Building long-term client relationships and supporting business development in Heckmondwike
What you need
- Proven experience as a senior employment solicitor
- SRA admitted, 6+ years PQE in employment law
- Confident managing your own caseload
- Client-focused and professional approach
- Right to work in the UK
