About this role
Our West Yorkshire clients have a standing need for a Senior Employment Solicitor, and we are registering candidates who can work in or near Huddersfield. Hybrid arrangements are available with a number of firms.
What you will be doing
- Advising employers and senior executives on contentious and non-contentious employment matters
- Running Employment Tribunal claims from issue through to final hearing, including unfair dismissal and discrimination
- Drafting and negotiating settlement agreements, contracts of employment and service agreements
- Advising on disciplinary, grievance, redundancy and TUPE processes
- Building long-term client relationships and supporting business development in Huddersfield
What you need
- Background in a comparable legal role
- SRA admitted, 6+ years PQE in employment law
- Comfortable using case management systems
- Discreet and professional with confidential matters
- Right to work in the UK
