About this role
We are looking for a Sales Support Executive to join one of our clients in Kendal. Focus Recruitment has supplied sales people across Westmorland and Furness for years, from first-time telesales staff to experienced managers.
What you will be doing
- Support the sales team with quotes, orders and admin
- Process orders and keep the CRM accurate
- Liaise with customers on delivery and progress
- Prepare sales reports and pipeline updates
- Handle customer queries by phone and email
- Coordinate between sales, operations and finance
What you need
- Sales experience in a similar role
- Sales support, Order processing, Excellent phone manner
- Motivated by targets and commission
- Positive attitude and team player
- Right to work in the UK
