About this role
We are recruiting an experienced Legal Aid Family Solicitor for clients in St Helens. Focus Recruitment has supplied legal staff across North West for years, and many of our placements come through firms returning to us.
What you will be doing
- Support fee earners across a busy family department
- Draft correspondence and court forms
- Prepare bundles and chronologies
- Communicate with clients with care and discretion
- Maintain case management records
- Assist with Legal Aid billing where applicable
What you need
- Proven experience as a legal aid family solicitor
- SRA admitted, LAA franchise experience
- Confident managing your own caseload
- Client-focused and professional approach
- Right to work in the UK
