About this role
If you are a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer based in or near Lancaster, we would like to hear from you. We hold continuous requirements from Lancashire clients and can usually get the right candidate working quickly once compliance is in place.
What you will be doing
- Carry out bathroom and kitchen installations to a high finish
- Complete first fix and second fix pipework
- Install sanitaryware, showers and associated fittings
- Test, commission and make good
- Work cleanly and respectfully in occupied properties
- Report variations and defects promptly
What you need
- Proven experience working as a mechanical maintenance engineer
- NVQ Level 3
- Strong fault finding and diagnostic skills
- Reliable and able to work with minimal supervision
- Right to work in the UK
