About this role
Focus Recruitment is recruiting a Private Client Solicitor for firms in Holmfirth and across West Yorkshire. We work with regional practices and high street firms who recruit on a rolling basis, so we place private client solicitors throughout the year.
What you will be doing
- Manage a caseload of wills, trusts and probate matters
- Draft wills, LPAs and trust documentation
- Administer estates from application to distribution
- Advise clients on inheritance tax and succession planning
- Attend client meetings including home visits where needed
- Maintain files to firm and regulatory standards
What you need
- Background in a comparable legal role
- SRA admitted, STEP desirable
- Comfortable using case management systems
- Discreet and professional with confidential matters
- Right to work in the UK
