About this role

We recruit Probate Lawyers for practices operating throughout Bradford and West Yorkshire. This is a role we fill regularly, so registering puts your details in front of several firms at once.

What you will be doing

• Manage a caseload of wills, trusts and probate matters
• Draft wills, LPAs and trust documentation
• Administer estates from application to distribution
• Advise clients on inheritance tax and succession planning
• Attend client meetings including home visits where needed
• Maintain files to firm and regulatory standards

What you need

• Proven experience as a probate lawyer
• SRA admitted solicitor or CILEX Lawyer, Experience in probate and estate administration
• Confident managing your own caseload
• Client-focused and professional approach
• Right to work in the UK
