About this role
We have ongoing requirements for a Probate Lawyer in Halifax. Our West Yorkshire clients range from long-established high street practices to growing regional firms, and several recruit continuously into this role.
What you will be doing
- Handle estate administration from start to finish
- Prepare IHT forms and apply for grants of probate
- Deal with asset realisation and distribution
- Communicate with beneficiaries clearly and sensitively
- Keep accurate estate accounts
- Meet billing and file review requirements
What you need
- Proven experience as a probate lawyer
- SRA admitted solicitor or CILEX Lawyer, Experience in probate and estate administration
- Confident managing your own caseload
- Client-focused and professional approach
- Right to work in the UK
