About this role

We have ongoing requirements for a Probate Lawyer in Batley. Our West Yorkshire clients range from long-established high street practices to growing regional firms, and several recruit continuously into this role.

What you will be doing

• Support private client fee earners with a varied caseload
• Draft wills, LPAs and basic trust documents
• Prepare probate applications and supporting schedules
• Handle client correspondence and enquiries
• Maintain the case management system
• Assist with file opening and compliance checks

What you need

• Background in a comparable legal role
• SRA admitted solicitor or CILEX Lawyer, Experience in probate and estate administration
• Comfortable using case management systems
• Discreet and professional with confidential matters
• Right to work in the UK
