About this role
Our Greater London clients have a standing need for a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner, and we are registering candidates who can work in or near London. Hybrid arrangements are available with a number of firms.
What you will be doing
- Run your own caseload with support from an assistant
- Deal with remortgages, transfers of equity and new build where required
- Report to clients clearly on title and searches
- Manage exchange and completion processes
- Keep the case management system fully up to date
- Contribute to the firm’s referrer relationships
What you need
- Recent experience in a UK law firm
- CLC or CILEX or Solicitor, CQS familiarity
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work to deadlines and billing targets
- Right to work in the UK
