About this role
We recruit Residential Conveyancing Fee Earners for practices operating throughout Milton Keynes and Milton Keynes. This is a role we fill regularly, so registering puts your details in front of several firms at once.
What you will be doing
- Run your own caseload with support from an assistant
- Deal with remortgages, transfers of equity and new build where required
- Report to clients clearly on title and searches
- Manage exchange and completion processes
- Keep the case management system fully up to date
- Contribute to the firm’s referrer relationships
What you need
- Proven experience as a residential conveyancing fee earner
- CLC or CILEX or Solicitor, CQS familiarity
- Confident managing your own caseload
- Client-focused and professional approach
- Right to work in the UK
