About this role
Focus Recruitment is recruiting a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner for firms in Oxford and across Oxfordshire. We work with regional practices and high street firms who recruit on a rolling basis, so we place residential conveyancing fee earners throughout the year.
What you will be doing
- Support fee earners across a busy conveyancing team
- Open files, order searches and chase enquiries
- Prepare completion statements and post-completion tasks
- Submit SDLT returns and Land Registry applications
- Keep clients and agents updated on progress
- Maintain accurate file records
What you need
- Proven experience as a residential conveyancing fee earner
- CLC or CILEX or Solicitor, CQS familiarity
- Confident managing your own caseload
- Client-focused and professional approach
- Right to work in the UK
