About this role
We are recruiting an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal for clients in Blackburn. Focus Recruitment has supplied legal staff across Blackburn with Darwen for years, and many of our placements come through firms returning to us.
What you will be doing
- Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
- Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Carry out searches, raise and reply to enquiries
- Liaise with clients, agents, lenders and other side
- Maintain files in line with CQS and firm procedures
- Meet agreed billing and completion targets
What you need
- Recent experience in a UK law firm
- Law degree or CILEX part-qualified
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work to deadlines and billing targets
- Right to work in the UK
