About this role
We have ongoing demand for Approved Electrician in Portsmouth. Our clients in Yorkshire and the Humber run rolling requirements, which means we are consistently placing approved electrician on both contract and permanent terms rather than waiting for a single vacancy to open.
What you will be doing
- Carry out rewires and upgrade works on occupied and void properties
- Install consumer units and distribution equipment
- Test, certify and complete all required documentation
- Make good and leave properties to a tidy standard
- Report defects and variations to the supervisor
- Work respectfully in occupied homes
What you need
- Time served or formally qualified in electrical installation
- JIB Approved grade, ECS Gold Card, AM2
- Comfortable completing test and certification paperwork
- Full UK driving licence preferred for mobile roles
- Right to work in the UK
