About this role
If you are a Private Client Solicitor looking to move within Halifax or the surrounding area, we would like to hear from you. We hold live instructions from Yorkshire and the Humber firms and handle every approach in confidence.
What you will be doing
- Manage a caseload of wills, trusts and probate matters
- Draft wills, LPAs and trust documentation
- Administer estates from application to distribution
- Advise clients on inheritance tax and succession planning
- Attend client meetings including home visits where needed
- Maintain files to firm and regulatory standards
What you need
- Recent experience in a UK law firm
- SRA admitted, STEP desirable
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work to deadlines and billing targets
- Right to work in the UK
