We have ongoing requirements for a Recruitment Resourcer in Nottingham. Our City of Nottingham clients include B2B service companies, contact centres, estate agents, car dealerships and technology businesses, and several hire into sales roles all year round.
What you will be doing
- Call new and existing clients to win business
- Advise customers with honest, practical recommendations
- Prepare quotes, proposals and paperwork
- Follow up every lead quickly
- Work closely with colleagues to deliver for customers
- Meet activity and revenue targets
What you need
- Sales experience in a similar role
- Candidate sourcing on the phone, Job boards and LinkedIn, Organised
- Motivated by targets and commission
- Positive attitude and team player
- Right to work in the UK
