About this role
Our North West clients have a standing need for a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner, and we are registering candidates who can work in or near Stockport. Hybrid arrangements are available with a number of firms.
What you will be doing
- Support fee earners across a busy conveyancing team
- Open files, order searches and chase enquiries
- Prepare completion statements and post-completion tasks
- Submit SDLT returns and Land Registry applications
- Keep clients and agents updated on progress
- Maintain accurate file records
What you need
- Relevant experience in a similar role within a UK practice
- CLC or CILEX or Solicitor, CQS familiarity
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Well organised with good file management discipline
- Right to work in the UK
