About this role
Focus Recruitment is recruiting a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner for firms in Rochdale and across North West. We work with regional practices and high street firms who recruit on a rolling basis, so we place residential conveyancing fee earners throughout the year.
What you will be doing
- Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
- Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Carry out searches, raise and reply to enquiries
- Liaise with clients, agents, lenders and other side
- Maintain files in line with CQS and firm procedures
- Meet agreed billing and completion targets
What you need
- Recent experience in a UK law firm
- CLC or CILEX or Solicitor, CQS familiarity
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work to deadlines and billing targets
- Right to work in the UK
