About this role
Our North West clients have a standing need for a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner, and we are registering candidates who can work in or near Manchester. Hybrid arrangements are available with a number of firms.
What you will be doing
- Manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
- Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Carry out searches, raise and reply to enquiries
- Liaise with clients, agents, lenders and other side
- Maintain files in line with CQS and firm procedures
- Meet agreed billing and completion targets
What you need
- Proven experience as a residential conveyancing fee earner
- CLC or CILEX or Solicitor, CQS familiarity
- Confident managing your own caseload
- Client-focused and professional approach
- Right to work in the UK
