About this role
If you are a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner looking to move within Portsmouth or the surrounding area, we would like to hear from you. We hold live instructions from Yorkshire and the Humber firms and handle every approach in confidence.
What you will be doing
- Run your own caseload with support from an assistant
- Deal with remortgages, transfers of equity and new build where required
- Report to clients clearly on title and searches
- Manage exchange and completion processes
- Keep the case management system fully up to date
- Contribute to the firm’s referrer relationships
What you need
- Relevant experience in a similar role within a UK practice
- CLC or CILEX or Solicitor, CQS familiarity
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Well organised with good file management discipline
- Right to work in the UK
