About this role

What you will be doing
- Providing clear, commercial employment advice to businesses and individuals
- Handling settlement negotiations, ACAS early conciliation and tribunal advocacy
- Drafting handbooks, policies, restrictive covenants and exit documentation
- Advising on the employment aspects of corporate transactions and TUPE transfers
- Taking ownership of files with minimal supervision and keeping clients informed throughout
What you need
- Recent experience in a UK law firm
- SRA admitted, 6+ years PQE in employment law
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work to deadlines and billing targets
- Right to work in the UK
