About this role
Our West Yorkshire clients have a standing need for a Senior Employment Solicitor, and we are registering candidates who can work in or near Elland. Hybrid arrangements are available with a number of firms.
What you will be doing
- Managing a varied caseload of employment disputes, from early advice to tribunal
- Preparing witness statements, schedules of loss and bundles, and instructing counsel where needed
- Advising HR teams on absence management, restructures and policy reviews
- Supervising and developing junior lawyers and paralegals
- Delivering training and updates to clients on changes in employment law
What you need
- Background in a comparable legal role
- SRA admitted, 6+ years PQE in employment law
- Comfortable using case management systems
- Discreet and professional with confidential matters
- Right to work in the UK
