About this role
We are looking for experienced Bathroom Fitter to work with our clients in Eastbourne. Focus Recruitment has supplied trades across East Sussex for years, and our clients come back to us repeatedly for the same roles.
What you will be doing
- Maintain mechanical plant and building services systems
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance tasks
- Respond to reactive breakdowns within SLA
- Complete job sheets and asset records
- Support statutory inspection schedules
- Escalate significant defects appropriately
What you need
- Relevant plumbing or mechanical qualification
- NVQ Level 2, CSCS
- Ability to work to drawings and specifications
- Own hand tools and appropriate PPE
- Right to work in the UK
