About this role
We recruit Probate Lawyers for practices operating throughout Sowerby Bridge and West Yorkshire. This is a role we fill regularly, so registering puts your details in front of several firms at once.
What you will be doing
- Manage a caseload of wills, trusts and probate matters
- Draft wills, LPAs and trust documentation
- Administer estates from application to distribution
- Advise clients on inheritance tax and succession planning
- Attend client meetings including home visits where needed
- Maintain files to firm and regulatory standards
What you need
- Background in a comparable legal role
- SRA admitted solicitor or CILEX Lawyer, Experience in probate and estate administration
- Comfortable using case management systems
- Discreet and professional with confidential matters
- Right to work in the UK
