About this role
Our sales desk is recruiting a Customer Success Manager for an established employer in Aberdeen. Previous sales experience helps, but for many of these roles a confident phone manner and the drive to hit targets matter more than your CV.
What you will be doing
- Act as the main point of contact for your clients
- Understand each client’s goals and plan how to grow the account
- Negotiate renewals and contract extensions
- Coordinate internal teams to deliver for clients
- Keep account records and forecasts accurate in the CRM
- Hit retention and growth targets
What you need
- Proven background as a customer success manager, or strong transferable sales skills
- Customer success, Renewals and expansion, CRM experience
- Comfortable making a high volume of calls
- Organised, with good IT skills
- Right to work in the UK
