Our Moray clients have a standing need for a Defendant Personal Injury Solicitor, and we are registering candidates who can work in or near Elgin. Hybrid arrangements are available with a number of firms.
What you will be doing
- Manage clinical negligence or serious injury matters
- Investigate liability including expert evidence
- Prepare detailed schedules of loss
- Work closely with clients over the life of a claim
- Instruct and liaise with counsel
- Maintain strict limitation and file discipline
What you need
- Recent experience in a UK law firm
- SRA admitted
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work to deadlines and billing targets
- Right to work in the UK
