About this role
We recruit Wills and Probate Solicitors for practices operating throughout Elgin and Moray. This is a role we fill regularly, so registering puts your details in front of several firms at once.
What you will be doing
- Manage a caseload of wills, trusts and probate matters
- Draft wills, LPAs and trust documentation
- Administer estates from application to distribution
- Advise clients on inheritance tax and succession planning
- Attend client meetings including home visits where needed
- Maintain files to firm and regulatory standards
What you need
- Proven experience as a wills and probate solicitor
- SRA admitted or CILEX
- Confident managing your own caseload
- Client-focused and professional approach
- Right to work in the UK
