About this role
Our Moray clients have a standing need for a Licensed Conveyancer, and we are registering candidates who can work in or near Elgin. Hybrid arrangements are available with a number of firms.
What you will be doing
- Handle a mixed caseload of residential property matters
- Progress files proactively to exchange and completion
- Advise clients on title, searches and lender requirements
- Work to the firm’s risk and compliance procedures
- Build relationships with local agents and introducers
- Support junior colleagues where appropriate
What you need
- Proven experience as a licensed conveyancer
- CLC licensed
- Confident managing your own caseload
- Client-focused and professional approach
- Right to work in the UK
