About this role
We are recruiting an experienced Senior Employment Solicitor for clients in Hebden Bridge. Focus Recruitment has supplied legal staff across West Yorkshire for years, and many of our placements come through firms returning to us.
What you will be doing
- Managing a varied caseload of employment disputes, from early advice to tribunal
- Preparing witness statements, schedules of loss and bundles, and instructing counsel where needed
- Advising HR teams on absence management, restructures and policy reviews
- Supervising and developing junior lawyers and paralegals
- Delivering training and updates to clients on changes in employment law
What you need
- Proven experience as a senior employment solicitor
- SRA admitted, 6+ years PQE in employment law
- Confident managing your own caseload
- Client-focused and professional approach
- Right to work in the UK
